We want you to love every Milky Way Baby piece. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
OUR PROMISE
Your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of every Eclipse Collection piece and will do our best to resolve any issue promptly and fairly.
✦ RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- ★ Unworn and unwashed
- ★ In original condition with all tags attached
- ★ In original packaging including the satin storage bag
- ★ Free from any odours, stains, or damage
* Sale items and gift sets are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
✦ EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the size you need is not available, we will offer a store credit.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We will respond within 1 – 2 business days with return instructions.
Pack items securely and send them back using a trackable courier service.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
✦ REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
